How to reach GFKC

If WhatsApp is not configured in your environment, those buttons remain unavailable until the number is set.

What to include

A short factual summary helps preliminary orientation.

  • What happened, in brief chronological order
  • Approximate dates and payment methods
  • Jurisdiction or country context
  • Whether you have already contacted a bank or platform

What not to send

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery phrases, remote-access tools, full card numbers or identity-document images through informal messaging.

Content corrections

To report potentially inaccurate educational content, contact GFKC through WhatsApp when available or use the Contact page. Include the page URL, a brief description of the issue and any supporting public-source context.

Emergencies

If you face immediate risk, contact local official agencies, your bank or the relevant platform through independently verified channels. GFKC is not an emergency service.
